In more managed environments, you don't always have the flexibility to create your own IAM role versus use the one that is assigned to you. Spotty should have the ability to use an already existing IAM role if it has the right permissions.
Opening this as an issue so I can keep track of it, I'll be submitting a pull request next week likely.

If you name your stack - sagemaker-pipeline, the stack creation will fail because of S3 bucket name clash with the original author's buckets.
If you see the error messages E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'smdebug.core.tfevent.proto.types_pb2'1 or ERROR: Compiling summary protocol buffers failed. You will not be able to use smdebug. Please make sure that you have installed protobuf3 compiler and runtime correctly., it is most likely that you haven't installed the correct version of protobuf.
