    Heard about and at the same time. Did scala for 5-6 years and realized was right about everything. Been doing clojure for 6+ years now and couldn't be happier. Most well thought out language, ever. Thanks to all the contributors!

    A subtle thing that I treasure about Clojure is that its flexibility has let me execute last-minute changes I wouldn't even consider in any other environment, for fear of everything coming unglued. It becomes OK if the bones come up in an inconvenient order.
