I've read the docs, and it seems you can pass through knex instances, but I didn't see if it supports SQLite3 - could you clarify please?

This package looks absolutely terrific, and it will no doubt solve the needs of many, including me :)

However, the lack of a basic tutorial is really hindering me (and perhaps others), and possibly preventing more adoption of the package. I couldn't find a tutorial for this package, so if one exists, please let me know!

My view is that most people are probably just looking to add basic likes

Re: Documentation:
The readme mentions a feature, the ability to retrieve "historical foreign exchange rates". It would be helpful if the documentation included the commands on how to retrieve the historical exchange rates.

@Josantonius, please help me improving the doc if possible.

And the sample code is in the example.php.
I also implement the get specific rate and get all rate methods.

BTW, the key is under the free plan and it's available in the development environment.
