As new Shadowsocks user I don't really understand how to connect third-party SS client (for example: shadowsocks/shadowsocks-windows) to Outline. I don't understand protocol at all: what is password, what is host, what is port, which encryption used by Outline and why my third-party client doesn't work.

Unify terminology

in addition to torchbear.settings.var make app-name.settings.var available. get app-name from app's torchbear.scl
so app's code base should have torchbear.scl
and user app should have app-name.scl
I guess, app level settings are optional and up to user to use
Two things that, according to feedback from users, are confusing in our UI:

The "add reader" button may be misinterpreted as an invitation for users to click on it. However, users actually don't need to click it if their reader is already displayed (which should happen for 99% of users).

This could be tricky as it seems that mounting a directory using VVFAT in qemu results in a segmentation fault if the ChromeOS host makes any changes to the shared directory.

Crouton helps me a lot, but I wanna help more Chinese know about how to use it. So I plan to translate README and some of the Wiki into Chinese. Considering about the Copyright ("All rights reserved" says README) , is it possible for me to do that?
