It took me hours to figure this out so I want to help anyone else having trouble getting this running on Heroku.
Kimurai uses lsof, so an Aptfile with the single line lsof needs to be included in the root folder along with the heroku buildpack. Can you add this to the docs? Thanks!

If one does not use the default postgress username and password in their local postgres installation, it would be nice if they are able to change the database username and password in a .env file which is not tracked by git. For a person using the default username and password, the workflow should remain as is currently.

Obviously I can read the source (and I'm about to, right after this), but it seems like a very core piece of this library is the loader, and it would be useful to have an overview of what's available, what the options are and how they work.
