When making changes to an observation log (edit button), the entire list of all locations can be selected from the drop-down menu instead of only the "active" locations.

Noticed that this issue applies to all fields when changing an observation: also eyepieces, filters, lenses etc are diplaying ALL values and not only the active ones.
