We have updated the test guidelines. The reference is stored on Google docs and we need to make it available for contributors on Github repo.

Make guidelines clear.
The Explorer Version 3.0 is a standalone frontend application.
The URL of Lisk Service should be configurable, ideally without the need for rebuild everytime the URL is changed. There should be a possibility to easily choose between HTTP and HTTPS.

Switch to config.js
Using a config.js file instead of a JSON one would allow us to use process.env which would be great for docker containers (see docker-explorer where we do this already)
