We have updated the test guidelines. The reference is stored on Google docs and we need to make it available for contributors on Github repo.

Hi builders,

While writing the code of conduct I've realized that our README.md is not really appealing and we are not really explaining what we are doing.
Are you okay if I take the task to improve the Readme and make a PR?

Using a config.js file instead of a JSON one would allow us to use process.env which would be great for docker containers (see docker-explorer where we do this already)
