We should schedule more messages when new issue is published, right now we send only one message at 7AM, but we should send it also:

• at 14:30 on Friday
• on Tuesday, next week at not yet decided hour :)

Each message should be different (different content, different mentioned authors) to increase RT and number of readers.

When navigating to an anchor link on a page, the target h2 or h3 gets obscured by the menu bar, so it is tough to see where you land on the page.

The job descriptor should support describing which job parameters (and their types) are expected.

Then, the GUI can introspect the descriptor (or better the job description in the DB) to assist the user in creating job execution requests.
