Describe the bug

At the moment of creating or editing some job, go to the "Workflow" tab, create or edit an option, click on "Remote URL" (radio button) and click on "Rundeck User Guide - Option model provider" link, the new browser tab shows a broken link.

My Rundeck detail

• Rundeck version: 3.2.2
• install type: WAR
• OS Name/version: Windows 10 (also confirmed with Ubuntu 19

The timezone would be used for formatting dates by default (in places where we currently use browser's timezone).

The timezone would also be selected by default when configuring cron schedules (as requested in #291)

Why is this command giving an error even though it works ok on the command line: command 'curl http://www.rabbitmq.com/rabbitmq-signing-key-public.asc | sudo apt-key add'

I followed the instructions (https://github.com/Aptomi/aptomi/blob/master/docs/k8s_minikube.md) for running k8s on my local machine using Minikube v0.25.2.

Unfortunately, when I input this command in step 2:
aptomictl gen cluster -n cluster-us-east -c minikube -N east | aptomictl policy apply -f -

...I receive the following error from the Aptomi server:

README.md grew large so it would be useful to structure the docs in a gh-pages based site.
We can use: jekyll, mkdocs or hugo as doc site generator
