I want to compile soundkonverter for kubuntu17.10 but really unsure which packages are needed when you said:
kde development packages version 4.4 or higher
taglib development package version 1.4 or higher
cdparanoia development package
libkcddb (sometimes kdemultimedia) development package
gettext-tools
cmake
can you please elaborate? Thanks! :)

See #4243. We can use hccap/hccapx files, but normally I'd recommend using
wpapcap2johnif you do have a pcap at all. That, or (possibly even better) something from hcxtools which we could also mention (Zerobeat's hcxdumptool is the absolute best sniffer for WPA as well).
