    Need to swap a color out for another in all of its instances? There's a shortcut for that! 🙌 Select Edit > Find and Replace Color, pick the color you'd like to swap out, the color you'd like to replace it with, then simply select Replace ✨

    Rule of thumb for political sanity: If changing "white" to "black" (or "men" to "women") in your program makes you sound like a Grand Wizard of the KKK, you're doing it wrong.

    2021 ally challenge: if a product, service, or company is built by either all men or all white people, you don’t use your platform (social, newsletters, blogs, etc) to champion it, promote it, or help it gain traction (yes, even if it’s a portfolio company, VCs). who’s in?

    This rare phenomenon is called "Baikal Zen", where rocks lying on the surface of frozen lakes are heated by sunlight that emits infrared rays, melting the ice below. When the sun sets, the ice freezes again, creating these incredible frozen near-impossible structures.

    Two new peer-reviewed studies show a sharp drop in mortality among hospitalized Covid patients. The drop is seen in all groups, including older patients and those with underlying conditions, suggesting providers are getting better at treating the illness.
