The documentation of some classes/methods is severely lacking. Here's a list of methods that needs more detailed documentation as has been pointed out by users:

• TabularCPD doesn't clearly specify what the arguments are expected to be. Ref: #1036
• TabularCPD methods need to describe in more detail what each of them does.
• Make sure that Return section is available in ea

The following pkgdown R library allows generating a doc site based on GitHub repo information (e.g. the README.md, developers etc). Wondering whether we can do something similar with Turing sub-modules, particularly build a page from the README.md file and release notes.

The documentation at this point is in a very poor state at this point. We need to do considerable effort and I suggest that we adhere to NumPy style docstrings
