As someone who doesn't know Japanese, but remembers the Japanese names of anime, it would be nice if the alternative names were included in the detail section of an anime.
To go a step further you could also add the synonyms section on MAL to it too

It seems if you have a filename in format SxxExxxx with a 4 digit episode number that it does not recognize it at all and always reports as episode 1
