It's not a problem, but it will be nice if we can know if the service is paid before opening the link.

Describe the solution you'd like
Put a label on each link to tell if the service is paid or not.

The following things should be fixed:

• Inserts that trigger an upsert should be logged as an update
• An update should log the identifier/value the old value (or none) and the new value, eg: column: old => new
• Avoid duplicate code for scoped/unscoped that only differ in color codes

Potential solutions:

• Paginate the search (i.e. make several API requests reading less than 10k certificates)
• Truncate to 10k search results using the Censys API max_results parameter
