When using current lint settings in packages.json, eslint fails if there is no json file inside ClientApp folder.
Correct way would be:

"lint": "eslint -c ./.eslintrc.js \"ClientApp/**/*.{js,vue,json}\" webpack*.js",

In case if '-h' option was provided after a template name, we should emphasise our help message on that template. For example, first, show the template information and then general help for the dotnet new itself.

This issue is a result of splitting #725

They take so long to execute we only run them on Chrome. We should review them and streamline them a bit.

It'll be nice to have an example of how to interop with JS code and also mention @Zaid-Ajaj great guide, but yes, it'd be better to have an actual JS file for this (also see below about adding JS files to the Nuget package).
