In augmentation, elastic_transform, it only applies a random transform on one input image array. I would think to be used for training, the image and mask pair should be transform in the same way. However, this single-input-image, single-output-image method makes it very inconvenient. Could we deform a list of images (np.arrays) using the same transformation in this method ? Thanks!

Right now, to create HistomicsTK docs, one has to manually run the appropriate make command in the docs folder. A cleaner way would be to cmake-ify this part of the project and generate this documentation at build time if a certain CMake boolean variable is set to ON.

CaPTk feature extraction documentation is weak in my opinion. It is so hard to understand that feature have combined, individual, .....
