Installation Manual
Hello,
for not so good Linux users it will be very nice if you can provide a short install manual for Ubunto or other OS like bash / win.
I hang on a maybe simple problem like
Node index.js trade
and get
module.js:550
throw err;

Provide a checklist of what every scanner should support in terms of integrating with Salus.
This can include things like
- please write tests
- please add documentation in the salus docs folder
- please document config in the salus docs folder.
This will make sure that scanners are consistent and make it easier for folks to contribute.

It look like some currencies have more precision in the mouseover display on the plot than others. For example, EOS shows many digits past the decimal while ETH only shows two. Adding a few more digits would make interpreting the charts much easier. The left plot shows the rounding I'm describing and the right shows the higher precision that EOS displays.
