when ping ping 10.22.22.1 from client there is no ping

Not particularly interesting overall, just actor model essentially, but could be interesting for people who are curious or doing something similar, especially the benchmark.

Probably should not use requests to write the file, since it has to have it open in memory. Thinking something like http://pycurl.sourceforge.net/doc/quickstart.html could be interesting.

The VP9 RTP payload format draft needs examples of VP9 RTP streams.
