Bug: The Windows installer installs the app globally (to C:\Program Files (x86)\) but it only creates a Start Menu shortcut for the user who runs the installation.
Expected behaviour: The installer should create a shortcut for all users in the Start Menu.
In other words, the shortcut should be created in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\ and not in `C:\Users\C

As of 2ecb738ae780e25b5ef50e5bae2b4ddc156cf116, the app will discard location updates that have a horizontal accuracy greater than 10 meters. This should help reduce false alarms (#21), but may also make it seem like the app is not working when there is poor GPS signal. There should be some warning or visual indicator when the location is not accurate enough.

To be able to print the wiki more easily I've added a script in the wiki repository to generate pdfs. It uses pandoc at the moment, it can probably be improved (removing the large margins for example).
I am opening this issue if people here have better ideas to do that, or to improve this.
