CorChecksumInputProbe should be independent of user interface

CorChecksumInputProbe is currently designed to be useful only with the ConsoleInterface types. But the input probe should process inputs regardless of where they come from.

PS: Also update the documentation for this class. Currently, says the following

A chain of responsibility based implementation for handling command-line inputs pertaining to the checksum module.
