Ideally dropins directory should be used to configure new features / external artifacts. We need to move the set of connectors that are shipped in the OOTB product from dropins to plugins directory.

Our Jetty instance reveals its version number when you e.g. curl -v https://rems-dev.rahtiapp.fi/. This is best hidden.

• hide Jetty version number i.e. Server response header
• bonus: hide other unnecessary headers
• bonus: check that headers are sensible

Fix responsiveness. When sizing down to a small size, the button appears under the box element. I thought it was inside the same div as the delete button, strange.
