Deprecated/missing arguments in render/arender() function #407

The documentation suggests that the render/arender classes accept 'cookies' and 'send_cookies_session' parameters. These don't work currently and I receive an 'unexpected keyword argument' error. When inspecting these classes I don't see those two parameters listed. Is there another way to include these parameters that I just don't understand?
