Ideally, this will get rid of some of our spurious test failures that occur from relying on httpbin.org and will make the test suite faster as we won't be going over the network, we'll just be using localhost (which is still slow but less slow than actually going over the network).

Describe the bug
If you are on a page > 1 and you use the search box to filter something, the paging is not resetted to page 1 (at least if the search term has more enough results too). That can be quite confusing, as some recent recordings will not be found until you notice that you are on page x.
