Adds several features to REDAXO’s content modules:

• Status
  Implements online and offline status for blocks so you can show or hide them on your website. (Deprecated as of REDAXO 5.10)
• Drag & Drop
  Change the order of the content blocks within an article with your mouse pointer.
• Cut & Copy
  Content blocks of an article can be cut or copied to paste into other articles.
