Actually only the pure build process is documented within the readme.
There shall be more documentation about the build process:
- How to (de-)activate catch unit testing
- How to generate test coverage reports
- How to build packages (deployment)

Currently when choosing any of the other output formats it's not possible to get the text report printed to stdout or even a file.
I've tried the following, but neither work.
