All text messages defined in javascript files similar to:
tooltips.attr('title', _("Hide comments"));
should also be defined in /templates/dictionary.js. If they are not, the strings will not be translated.
coding_std.py should be upgraded to search all .js files for translation strings and verify the identical strings are defined in /templates/dictionary.js.

This would be excellent for moderation purposes.
Some things to think about related to this:
- Should deleting a parent comment delete all of its children?
- Should copies of deleted comments be kept, but hidden from normal users?
- Should users also have the power to delete their own comments?

I was wondering, the revert button looks like the 'old revisions' button. I already clicked accidentally on a mobile screen the wrong button.
What about adding a confirmation dialog to the revert button? One with focus on the Ok button, such that pressing 'Enter' will confirm it directly.
