Next.js built-in fetch polyfill should automatically retry on retriable errors, like ECONNRESET.

We should start with the server-side polyfill and potentially do the client-side as well.

We occasionally have situations were new app creation get's stuck forever at the "retrieving freshest dependencies" step.

To mitigate the impact for this, we need to add a timeout to this step. Currently it never times out.

sls remove does not remove the S3 bucket.
When I do sls deploy again, it throws BucketName already exists.
