I decided to move my repository to a different location (external hard drive). Now kopia server segfaults:

$ kopia server start --htpasswd-file ./password.txt --tls-cert-file ./repo.cert --tls-key-file ./repo.key --address 0.0.0.0:51515

Introduce a mode to enable absolute path mode if a given mount path starts with /.
