    The San Francisco Business Improvement District camera network "was never intended to be something that law enforcement gained control of and is able to remotely access," says EFF's . But that's exactly what they did.

    Outrageous— & have just moved to table any efforts to close the digital divide this year. The Senate is ready to act. is ready to act. The Assembly should not close for 2020 until they do something to help families lacking broadband access.
