From version 0.7 the Appwrite containers requires a reload for any changes to get applied. This is due to the fact that most of the codebase is loaded into memory for performance boosting.
We need help setting up a hot reload solution to our code when making changes during development.
From my short research this looks like a nice idea for a Docker based solution:

Describe the bug
Some of the countries that are available for selection seem to be missing flag images (we have 198). This results in broken img elements.
To Reproduce
Select "American Samoa" (AS) or "Åland Islands" (AX).
(OPTIONAL) Additional context
Either add missing flags, or to also future proof it add either a fallback or hide the flag img element if it fails to

Issue Description
Since the old Instagram API will stop working on June 29 (See https://www.instagram.com/developer/), the url in https://github.com/parse-community/parse-server/blob/d0a9c709fea4cbdba540420353a36a0e89601ffb/src/Adapters/Auth/instagram.js#L9 needs to be changed to match the new "instagram_graph_user_profile" API.
