The CHANGES file says:

Please see the online documentation for the latest changelog:
http://packages.python.org/GitPython/

But in those documents, clicking on "What's new in 0.3", I read:

Have a look at the CHANGES log file and read all important changes about 0.3 for an overview.

I guess this latter reference should be updated to point to the changelog entries in the documentation instead?
