To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open application language page
e,g,. https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/weblate/application/ja/
Click Insight -> history
Goto page bottom, and click "Browse all translation changes"
Edit position is "1/246"
Click [>], Change to "2/246"
Click "edit position", edit

Currently it is not possible to select "fuzzy" records based on account name. That makes it hard to find fuzzie records that are set after you have suggested or altered strings that become fuzzy afterwarts. So a new query type would be very welcome "fuzzy" by accountname.
The result should be a listing of all "fuzzy" records that are connected to the entered accountname. If no accountname is ente
