Do something you wouldn’t normally do. Step out of your comfort zone. Museums and art exhibitions are beautiful things, go to them. Hard right now, obviously. Digital exhibitions! Variety is the spice of life. Too much of anything is bad for you. Mix it up as much as you can!

Ways in which to feed your creativity: Try diving into other creative outlets. Doing something different to what you normally do is a real palette cleaner (I play and listen to a lot of music) Read a book. Fiction/nonfiction — get stuck into something you enjoy.

Sleeeeeep. Sleep is a super healer. Again with screen time, the blue light from screens fucks with your brain chemicals. Make sure you’re in a dark setting an hour or two before bed.

Some easy ways to rest your mind: Take a break! Book some real time off. Stop doing the thing that’s burning you out. Be strict with yourself and your screen time. Information consumption is taxing on your brain box. Get out in nature, it’s healing. Go for a long walk.

Creative burnout is real. Much like your body needing nutrients to survive, your mind needs time to rest and restore. If you don’t give your mind a rest, you’ll soon feel exhausted. Finding ways in which to replenish and nourish your creative mind is key.

These times are testing for everyone. We’ll all learn from this. To appreciate one another more. To love each other more. To be more kind and empathetic towards one another. Growth occurs most where struggle is present. A better world will come out of this, I’m positive ✌️❤️

In life I try to be as positive as possible. I think that annoys some people as they see it as being false. Don’t get me wrong. I feel the negative as much as anyone. I just try to put a spin on it. Sometimes you simply can’t. Sometimes you have to just take it for what it is.

One of my teammates the other day started some work on some motion design saying they needed a "palette cleanser". It's so true. Getting into something a little different can really help freshen your mind.

Every time I go out, people are being so nice. Saying hello / good morning etc. Is this what it was like in old times?

Classic that the first time the sun has ever come out in the UK... we can’t go outside. Classic.
