Let's consider the code:

lirs::V4L2VideoCapture capture("/dev/video0", ...);
if (capture.IsOpened()) {
    capture.StartStreaming();
    // formats, frame, etc. rate are negotiated, buffers are allocated
    capture.Set(lirs::CaptureParams::FPS, 60);   // change the frame
}
