Add WAF to CloudFront (web-ui) and web service load balancers. Note that once #5 is complete, WAF should be added to APIGW instead.

We currently have a mix of help messages that start with lower case letters and upper case letters. e.g.:

$ docker run --help
Run a container

Usage:
  docker run [flags]

Flags:
      --cpus float            Number of CPUs (default 1)
  -d, --detach                Run container in background and print container ID
  -e, --env stringArray       Set environm

At the moment the number of tasks able to be launched for a given scenario is 10 do to restriction with ECS. A workaround that creates multiple ECS instances for a given scenario based on the number of tasks requested should be added.

In the examples, there's an old (and most likely broken) module version. Let's fix that 💪
