Room titles longer than 255 characters don't work

Current Behavior

Modifying a room with a title longer than 255 characters does not work on permanent rooms. The server does not send an HTTP response, and so the client gets stuck waiting for a response.

How To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a new permanent room
  2. Submit a room title longer than 255 characters in the settings tab
