Describe the bug
Deploying a new job, then pulling logs via the CLI results in a panic (SIGSEGV).
To Reproduce

Now that Kubeflow's TFJob has been supported in couler-proj/couler#37. It should be added as part of our integration test using GitHub Actions. We need to install the supported version of kubeflow/tf-operator before executing the test suite.

As of alpha 2.685 there's a new action trigger_named_async_without_response which can be used in favor of trigger_named. Wrapper does not operate on trigger response anyway, so using the new method which works better for broader spectrum sounds like a good idea. Because today we have hardcoded the RPC names to be "cadence-frontend/history/matching".

So it's useless to allow putting a different config. In fact, only "cadence-frontend" will work.
