    I was really curious how the subway shutdown would work, and the answer is poorly.

    At Coney Island this morning, I saw several dozen homeles people removed from the station. Some wanted to go to a shelter, some a hospital, but the majority went out to the street to wait for the subways to reopen.

    Week 9 (or 10? Who knows). More and more starting to feel like this is the new normal. Hearing more stories from friends who are canceling everything till Sept. I'm currently only canceled through June, but expect to expand that soon.

    Read thread. I walked west side yesterday and was appalled by tight groups of picnickers, no masks and, yes, cops — also not in masks — doing NOTHING. Elderly neighbor told me she can’t get fresh air “because no one seems to care about each other enough. It’s too dangerous.”

    Both pictures are from today. One is from the park in Harlem, the other is from the park in West Village. Guess which neighborhood has police enforcing social distancing?

    I migrated to from . I'm liking it's slightly less strict approach to budgeting, plus the fact that you can have multiple accounts share one budget (like you're in a long term relationship or something). Plus I like the logo better.
