I'd like IPFS companion to use a local gateway without exposing a local IPFS API endpoint. Unfortunately, if I do this, companion will direct all dnslink queries to the public gateway because my local IPFS node "has no peers".
If I configure companion to use a specific IPFS gateway, I expect it to always use that gateway.

It'd be awesome if this SDK had a WebTorrent style AddPeer feature for adding peers manually.
It'd be extra awesome if it accepted simple-peer instances too (like WebTorrent) for WebRTC peers.

If user types a URL in the URL bar and then abandons it and later clicks refresh, the URL typed will be the URL loaded.
In other browsers and, perhaps, the expected behaviour is for the current page/URL to refresh and perhaps the URL bar to fresh to its accessed URL.
