Documentation improvement
Description
The static site rocket introduced in #414 is not documented. In this issue, we should figure out a first version of the rockets directory (which can be just a list in a md file in the booster's repository) and write a first draft of the rocket documentation. Maybe each rocket should be documented in its own README file, as they're designed to exist
