The ARPA projects claim to help with various gameplay elements, but it's unclear if they really do, or to which extend. This leaves me with questions like: "Is it worth building 10 libraries, or should I invest in the Supercollider instead?".
Could you add more context/explanation to what the benefits of these projects actually are, please?

In order to improve the discoverability of this repository via web-search (Google etc), I suggest to replace "git svn import of http://ctp2.darkdust.net/anonsvn/" with something more meaningful for the general public, like "Call to Power 2: Apolyton Edition source code project".

Could the technical description of save/map files be added to the documentation somewhere? I guess it's some base64 list, but haven't been able to find out the details.
