    Busy week, but great progress on switching dev box to ! I'm using the default experience. Was trivial to get .NET Core, VS Code, SQL Server, Rider, etc. installed and working. All 57,000 tests (except Cosmos) passed at first attempt!

    Years ago at a TechEd: My coworker asked the attendee if she could answer any questions. He brushed her off, said “no I want to talk to the developer”, and moved toward me. I told him, “You WERE talking to the developer. Now you’re talking to her clueless manager.”

    Today at a booth when the female staffer said "Do you have a question?" the male attendee said "Yes, but it's a technical one."

    I want to thank everyone at Microsoft and in the .NET developer community that helped make my job so fun and fulfilling. I trust that things will keep going in the best possible direction. .NET and EF are in great hands!

    Today is my 12 year anniversary at Microsoft. By far the best years of my career. Microsoft, .NET and the Entity Framework have come such a long way! But today I also have to share the news that I am leaving Microsoft to pursue a new challenge (more details on this soon).
