Unable to use git commitzen for pushing fixes

Hi,

I tried to push a commit using Commitzen for a bug fix I implemented.
My guess for the error would be the fact that git might have changed the way they handle CLI options.

Am I doing something wrong here?

This doesn't appear to be specific to any type of commit. I'm unable to commit anything with npx git-cz right now.

All I can really suggest is go vote streamich/git-cz#61 which I have opened to attempt to resolve this. Without action from that package my hands are tied since we predate npx.
