When not logged users vote in an action, all action component must be consistent in how it shows the login or register link.
And when the topic is closed the results must be shown allways.

Unsure if this must be controlled from django or javascript (at least the visual part which will give them a warning and show them a checklist should be javascript).

Passwords should have the following requirements:

• Minimum of 8 characters
• Contain an uppercase letter
• Contain a lowercase letter
• Contain a number
