Profession relationships have not been populated for every NPC profession. These are drawn from the pool of 'friends' so should ideally be optional, adding flavour to NPCs rather than a critical component to the NPC- if it is crucial that the profession have another NPC associated with it, then the probability should be set to 999 (so it is easy to find the outliers if needed).
