Currently, the id of APISIX is generated UUID, which can't be controlled by the user. I think it would be good to allow user to specify a meaningful id to bind APISIX instance with their internal system.

Currently, things like #3097 are caught accidentally when someone sees the breakage. Is it possible to automatically extract all links from the generated docs and catch broken links? Surely there are tools for that.

@cyrillos says xxhash is much better than Murmur which we use now. Up to 2 times in speed from what he showed in some benchmarks. It must be investigated, because we use murmur for some perf critical places.
