Hi, ccache chooses the compiler to launch according to the following priority:

      # 1. Compiler specified on the command line with an absolute path
      # 2. Compiler specified with the CCACHE_CC env var
      # 3. Compiler specified on the command line with a relative path

Documenting how hashes are computed would be a nice addition to the readme, as it would inform the user on when they may run into conflicts.

In documentation there is a note that /Zi with /Yc is not supported, but it seem that /Zi with /Yu also is unsupported.
