Documenting how hashes are computed would be a nice addition to the readme, as it would inform the user on when they may run into conflicts.
Quick and dirty (read: effective) administration, including some rather obscure pieces of information.

In documentation there is a note that /Zi with /Yc is not supported, but it seem that /Zi with /Yu also is unsupported.

It is ccache binary file (executable file) for 64bit Windows, build by MINGW64.
