Current behavior
When running the jupyter.jupyter.ExecuteNotebook task with output_format='html' the default settings for the HTMLExporter are used. There is no way to pass arguments to this exporter.
Proposed behavior
Allow passing arguments to the HTMLExporter.
Implementation suggestion
Something like html_exporter = nbconvert.HTMLExporter(**exporter_kwargs) on the
Convert To Title Case was added in RF 3.2 (#2706). Unfortunately its not fully compatible with the old Should Be Title Case keyword. For example, the second test below fails with 'This Is Not OK!' is not titlecase.:

We are using font-awesome V4 and should migrate to font-awesome V5 which comes with its own vue.js module: https://github.com/FortAwesome/vue-fontawesome
Migration includes removing old font-awesome V4 module and changing all existing icons to new vue.js tag.
This is blocked until #114 is merged which comes with first initial integration.
