Related: #4682 and #5871

In FileUtiliies.cs we have RemoveQuotes and TrimAndStripAnyQuotes. We should consider adding some sort of Ensure-This-Path-Is-Single-Quoted function.

Possible names:

  • EnsurePathIsSingleQuoted
  • That's all I got!
