Currently the library depends on guzzle which is pretty popular, but other projects might already use a different HTTP client. Would be nice to switch it to https://github.com/php-http/httplug

As of update 1.8, the .rm files are in a new format.

It lookes like instead of each file being indexed by the page number, the pages are now assigned a random UUID.

in fb.cpy, we use pnmtopng in save_lodepng() but we have another function that can save directly to pngs. we should use that

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Plug in reMarkable
2. Power on reMarkable
3. Wait for auto suspend timeout.
4. Device will suspend.

Expected behavior
The device should not suspend unless you unplug it.
